Still cooking up some new tunes, new merch options, and hoping to be playing out again as soon as it's safe. Please check back often for the latest from The Gypsy Moths. We appreciate all your support!
New EP "Wollaston Theatre" is now available
April 25, 2020
Very excited to share a track from our brand new EP (Wollaston Theatre), "The Continuing Story Of Arthur Duffy"! Recorded with our close confidant/genius engineer Edward Riemer, the song also features our pal the dynamically righteous Jennifer D'Angora on guest vocals, and our latest addition to the Moths organization Scott Miller on brass. Move that tray table and pile of empty wine bottles and rock and roll all over it (maybe open up a new bottle to add to that pile while you're at it). We hope you dig it.
You can also purchase the 4 song EP from our main web page for $5.00.
Full credits for the recording:

We wish the very best for him and his new group . Keep the summer train rolling
August 07, 2017
Huge thanks to all that came out to support the Art Rocks fundraiser for the Rockland High School art department. They were able to raise enough money to purchase plenty of digital cameras for their Photography program. This is a big deal and we are again very happy to be involved with another great cause. Also, great music from all the other bands that played. Support the arts!!!
Speaking of great causes, make sure to get out to Nickerson Post in Quincy on Saturday, August 19th to help raise some more money for our friend Tom Struzik as he rides the Pan Mass Challenge for the 3rd straight year. This will be another great night of food, drinks, and music to celebrate great people doing great things.

Moths in the studio and the MR8 Fundraiser
February 14, 2017
It's been a few months since we played live, but don't worry; we've been keeping plenty busy. After some holiday deliberations and libations, the Moth's appetite for putting it on wax has resulted in a few jaunts down to Ed's Barn in Canton to record, which has already yielded about a half dozen tracks, including a cover of a great Christmas tune by The J Geils Band (Christmas Party). More work to be done, but we are well on our way to our first release. Details are sure to follow.
It is also a great honor and privilege to be playing live in support of the Team MR8 Martin Richard Marathon Fundraiser on Friday, March 31st at The Florian Hall in Dorchester from 7PM till Midnight. Tickets are $20.00. This is a GREAT cause and we are looking forward to seeing everyone come out to help us rock the rafters. More info can be found on the MR8 team event page.
